-All participants must complete an intake form and waiver before attending class.
 
-Zoom links will be sent each Sunday.  Only paid participants will be allowed into the Zoom class. Participants must pay for their class by 7:00pm CST the night before the class they wish to attend.
 
-All new participants may receive 1 free class pass with completion of Intake Form and Waiver.
