Group Fitness Classes

    Working out with others is a great way to stay motivated! Led by Lora Vodicka, a AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, our group fitness classes are designed to help you improve your health and fitness through fun and focused exercises classes, while offering a sense of support and accountability! All of our group fitness classes take place on Zoom, so you can attend at your convenience from the comfort of your own home. Drop-ins are welcome, or you can commit to a full weekly schedule! We offer a variety of class types, including strength training, conditioning, cardio, and barre. These classes are designed to get you moving, while helping build strength and endurance, tone the body, and incorporate dance for a little bit of fun!
